1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Parties, which establishes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when the Buyer purchases goods in the online store. 1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law. The Buyer is informed on the online store website. When shopping in the online store, the Rules in force at the time of placing the order shall apply. 1.3. The following persons have the right to purchase in the online store:
- legally capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court order;
- minors aged 14 to 18, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they independently dispose of their income;
- legal entities;
- authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By approving the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that, in accordance with clause 1.3 of the Rules, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store. 1.5. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, entered the delivery address, selected the payment method and familiarized themselves with the Seller’s Rules, clicks the “Confirm Order” button. 1.6. Each agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store.
2. What personal data is collected?
- Information provided by you: place of residence (address), first name, last name, telephone number, email address.
